So why would we want a healthy mind? Well.........
Our aura and energy field is strengthened by thoughts and emotions that make us feel good such as love, joy, gratitude, compassion, kindness etc. reducing stress and healing physical symptoms as our cells and organs react to the thoughts and stories we tell ourselves. Habitual negative thinking is toxic to the body and our emotional wellness so monitor your thoughts and refocus on something that brings you joy which is often the most simple things in life. Change the story you are telling yourself and observe the difference
