My approach is holistic; I am aware of the mind/body connection and how thoughts affect your physiology and this is integrated into your sessions. As a Practitioner of NLP and Humanistic NLP, this is also integrated. As well as being a Certified Hypnotherapist in the Art and Science of Ericksonian Hypnosis I am also an experienced Life Coach specialising in self-esteem/confidence issues and letting go of stress and worry.

Sessions are client led; what you talk about is down to you, you set the agenda. I believe each individual knows what is best for them and has their own answers to all life's issues and how to move forward. I act as a mirror to you and reflect back what I hear to raise your awareness. I support you to become aware of what is real and what is projection in your mind. I truly listen and through gentle questioning I guide you to release your own mental handbrake, allowing you to become aware that there is always a different perspective – even inside yourself. Once free of the fog in your mind, you are then able to live whatever life you want, choose and desire. Nothing is holding you back and you have moved out of your own way.

It is my absolute belief that our outer world is a total reflection of our inner world; what we experience in our environment can show us what is going on inside. If there is chaos in your outer world, there will be chaos in your mind and in your life.

You can feel out of focus for many reasons, nothing is too small or unimportant and you can change if you have the desire to.

Sessions can be face to face, by telephone or Skype. All sessions are bespoke to you and a minimum of six, weekly or fortnightly, hour long sessions are advised. Most clients choose to have between eight and ten sessions. Some, many more. You may decide to join the exclusive How To Feel Beautiful On The Inside programme for 6 months.  Or you may just want to come along to one of the workshops that I facilitate monthly.

Experience has shown me that leaving too long between sessions doesn't maximise the benefits to yourself and that an hour, weekly or fortnightly, is best.
